Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-12
1. Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these terms. SemanticWP is operated by Espresso Translations.
2. The service
SemanticWP audits, optimizes, and creates content on WordPress sites you own or have explicit permission to modify. Automations include daily indexing submission to Google. You retain ownership of your content; we hold no rights over generated text.
3. Your responsibilities
- You confirm you own or are authorized to modify any WordPress site you connect.
- You're responsible for the content the AI generates and applies on your behalf. Review before publishing in production unless you've explicitly enabled autopilot.
- You may not connect a WordPress site that hosts illegal content, spam networks, or content that violates third-party rights.
4. Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly via Stripe in EUR as a flat subscription fee for access to the tool. There is no usage metering on our side. Free 7-day trial; cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of the current cycle.
5. Third-party API accounts
SemanticWP runs on API accounts you connect yourself — Anthropic, DataForSEO and Firecrawl are required, others are optional. Those providers bill you directly at their own rates; we neither resell nor mark up that usage, and we are not responsible for their pricing, quotas, downtime or content policies. Your keys are encrypted at rest and used only to perform work you request. Remove them at any time in Account settings.
6. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle starts. Charges incurred on your own provider accounts are between you and that provider.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use SemanticWP to generate or distribute illegal content, defamatory content, content infringing IP, spam, or content violating Google's spam policies. We can terminate accounts that do.
8. AI limitations
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You're responsible for verifying factual claims before publishing. We provide schema markup and citations as outputs, but you control whether and how to publish.
9. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee a specific SLA. Third-party dependencies (Anthropic, Google, Supabase, Stripe) may experience outages that affect SemanticWP. We'll communicate material outages on status.semantic-wp.com when applicable.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SemanticWP's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue.
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from dashboard/settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed and posted here at least 14 days before taking effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes go to the competent courts of Milan.
